7. Returns & Refunds

  7. Opened or used products are not eligible for return

8. Perfum Wallet

  1. Approved refunds are issued to the customer’s Perfum Wallet
  2. Wallet funds may be:
  3. Used for future purchases, or
  4. Withdrawn (cashout) upon request
  5. We reserve the right to:
  6. Verify identity before processing cashouts
  7. Delay or reject suspicious transactions
Refunds are not automatically returned to the original payment method

9. Account Responsibility

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  2. Any activity under your account is your responsibility
  3. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or fraud
